The problem with static QR codes
If a QR code never changes, a photo of it in WhatsApp is enough to fake attendance. Static QR is not attendance — it's a suggestion.
Signed, short-lived tokens
STAR SURKSHA QR codes rotate every few minutes and carry a cryptographic signature bound to the site. A screenshot from yesterday is instantly rejected.
Geo-verification
The app cross-checks the guard's GPS against the checkpoint's known location before recording attendance. No location match, no punch.
Audit trail
Every scan carries the token ID, GPS, device ID and timestamp — full audit trail for any future dispute.
