Terms & Conditions – STAR SURAKSHA

By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using STAR SURAKSHA, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

• Provide accurate, current information during registration and duty.
• Use the Service only for legitimate security operations authorized by your employer or client.
• Comply with all applicable laws and workplace policies while using the Service.
• Report suspected misuse, unauthorized access, or safety incidents promptly.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Guard ID, PIN, and any credentials used to access the Service. You must not share credentials or allow another person to sign in as you. Notify us immediately at support@starsuraksha.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

Attendance features (QR check-in/out, geofenced scans, verification photos) must be used honestly and only by the assigned user. Fraudulent check-ins, proxy attendance, tampering with QR codes, or spoofing device data are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of access and disciplinary or legal action.

While you are on duty, the Service collects precise GPS location to enable live tracking, patrol verification, and SOS response. By starting a duty session you consent to this collection during the duty period. Location collection stops when you end duty. Disabling location while on duty may prevent you from completing shifts and may be treated as a policy violation by your employer.

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to bypass security controls.
• Accessing data belonging to sites, guards, or clients you are not authorized to view.
• Uploading unlawful, harassing, or misleading content through chat, evidence, or incident reports.
• Interfering with the Service's operation, overloading it, or introducing malware.
• Using automated scripts, bots, or emulators to interact with the Service without written consent.

The Service, including its software, design, trademarks, and content (excluding user-submitted data), is the property of Star Security Services and its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Star Security Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms, if your employer or client revokes your authorization, or if required by law. You may request account deletion at any time via our Account Deletion page.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
